π DIMENSIONAL RESULTS CHECK POINTS
All dimensional results submitted using the official AIAG format: CFG1003 forms?
Are Dimensional results reflect the PPAP production run?
Are Dimensional results provided for 3 parts with measurement results from each production stream (i.e. 3 pcs required for each multiple line, machine and cavity) unless otherwise agreed with customer?
Are variable measurements provided for all characteristics (Attribute results are allowed if variable measurements are not possible)?
Are Ballooned dimensions on the latest released drawing linked to dimensional results report?
Are the dimensions measured and reported from the serialized PPAP layout samples?
Is the dimensional report dated and signed?
Has supplier submitted weight study for at least 10 parts from each production stream (i.e. for multiple lines, machines, cavities, etc are used, data is taken from each individual process)?
Has supplier submitted additional information as required by customer to show compliance to CAD dimensions not referred on dimensional report (e.g. Point cloud inspection, material thickness sectional analysis etc)?
For casted and injection molded parts and assemblies (such as valves, etc.), has the material flow simulations, fill studies (incl. process parameters and CT-analysis for the final parts) been submitted?
