#11. Process Flow Diagrams

Is Process Flow clearly defining complete sequence of production operations including: receiving, transportation, storage, subcontracted services, alternate paths (rework, repair & backup), labeling and shipping, and GP-12 Safe Launch?

Does Process Flow clearly identify any outsourced process with name of sub-supplier?

Does Process Flow clearly include alternate paths i.e. rework, repair or back-up?

Do details listed on Process Flow carry over consistently into the Control Plan and PFMEA (i.e. Part/Process Numbers and Process Name/Operation descriptions, special characteristic designation, etc. match on three documents)?

Does the Title on Process Flow list correct part name, part#, engineering change level, document release and revision date?

Does the Process Flow include all balloon features and where these features are made in the process?
